About the instructor:
Mark watched boxing on TV as a kid and loved it. He was advised told not to take it up - but after a career in the city for a number of years and ‘life taking over,’ Mark wanted to find something new, stimulating and challenging. He decided to pursue his childhood passion - boxing. Fast forward 4 years, and he was British Kickboxing Champion.
Mark is now a level 3 qualified personal trainer and has an amazing loyal following. You can expect to feel fully energised (pretty knackered) and more motivated to achieve whatever goals are personal to you after a boxing bootcamp.
