How do I check in and collect my keys at Locke at East Side Gallery and what do they open?
You'll need to collect your apartment keys from the front desk when you arrive. Our House Hosts will provide your access key cards (one per person) upon check in. These will give you access to your apartment, your floor, the gym and public areas.
If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive - no queuing necessary.
You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
