We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the extraordinary architecture of our building and found our reception staff kind and welcoming. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations in several areas.
Your comments about the signage and layout of the hotel are concerning, and we understand how a confusing layout can impact the overall experience. We will definitely review the signage and consider how we can improve navigation within the hotel.
Additionally, we apologize for your experience with our food and beverage staff. It’s disappointing to hear that you felt they were poorly trained and occasionally rude. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and we will address this with our management team.

The design and comfort of our spaces is something that we really take in consideration and we are trilled you enjoyed it! 😊
Part of the Locke concept is to try to provide the comfort and facilities of your own home, that’s one of the reasons we don’t do daily cleaning ( we offer 1 cleaning per 7 days ), to give our guest their own privacy…nevertheless, you can always ask for towels, toilet paper, amenities, coffee, etc. and we will take it for you. Also the trash you can place it outside your door and we will take it for you.
But tanks for your feedback and we will make sure to reinforce this information in the future!
