Regarding the room, please note that our City Studios are advertised as having frosted windows for added privacy. For future stays, you may wish to book a City Studio – City View, which offers clear windows that open and provides more natural light.
We also want to clarify our housekeeping policy. It is clearly stated that weekly cleans are not provided, and this is also reminded at check‑in. However, our team is always happy to provide fresh towels and assist with rubbish removal upon request to ensure your comfort during longer stays.
