I'm saddened to read that your stay didn't live up to the high expectations that we have of ourselves here for which I hope you can accept my sincere apologies.
I've located your reservation, I can see you were with us in 613 for your one night stay. Regarding the specific commentary around cleanliness - I will be discussing this directly with our Head Housekeeper and Area manager to understand what went wrong. We strive to ensure that our rooms and public spaces are up to standard and it's clear we missed the mark here.
