Best spot for spectacular city views...Miradouro Senhora do Monte

One of the most iconic ‘Miradouro’s.’ (viewpoints) in the city. ‘The place to fall in love with Lisbon and its stunning 7 hills. Senhora do Monte is the perfect place to watch the sunset and one of the highest points of Lisbon’s historic centre.’

Best spot for a quick bite on the move... As Bifanas do Afonso

On the move and looking for a quick bite to keep you energised? Look no further than As Bifanas do Afonso. Try one of the city’s most famous sandwiches, the ‘bifana’ slices of pork served in a roll which you can drizzle with mustard or chili sauce.

One of Lisbon's best-known brunch spots, this café offers both indoor and outdoor seating on one of the city's coolest streets. Kick-start your day with a specialty coffee and one of their infamous breakfast burritos, or try a smash burger.

Best spot to have some fun...Mirari

Located in an old factory, Mirari is an open-air space and cultural center dedicated to the arts, music, and culture. With an extensive array of events, parties, second-hand markets, and art fairs, it has become a vibrant hub of activity, revitalizing the Alcantara area and drawing people back to this dynamic neighborhood.

What do you love about living in Lisbon?

Pedro: My favourite thing about living in Lisbon is being in a place where life is never boring. You can always go out and find something going on from cultural experiences to a various different activities.

Priscila: Lisbon is the place to feel inspired, where the most beautiful landscapes intertwine seamlessly with the vibrant art and multiculturality of the city. From the stunning views atop its seven hills to the intricate azulejos adorning its buildings, Lisbon captivates everyone with its blend of old charm and contemporary creativity.

The city’s streets are a living gallery, where the soulful strains of Fado music echo through the historical alleys and cutting-edge murals bring modern energy to ancient walls. Every sunset is mesmerising, the sun is always shining on its mosaic sidewalks as a reminder of the beauty and resilience woven into the fabric of this timeless yet ever-evolving city.

If you could describe your perfect day in the city, what would it be?

Pedro: My perfect day would be starting the day by watching the sunrise and swimming at Praia do Dafundo, followed by a walk alongside the Tejo River to Belém. A quick stop at Pastéis de Belém for a Pastel de Belém. Visit some of the local shops where you can find from craftwork to local Portuguese brands.

At lunchtime I would go to Galeto for a Prego accompanied by a refreshing beer. After lunch, I head to Parque Eduardo VII to catch some sun, listen to some music and explore what’s going on there since there is always something happening.

Priscila: My perfect day in the city would start by enjoying some morning sunrise Yoga at Dr. Bernard in Costa da Caparica before heading to “Irmão” at Praia do Castelo with my friends to catch some rays of sunshine. Afterwards, I would head back to Lisbon’s city centre for lunch and have some local portuguese tapas at Taberna da Ruda das Flores before taking a walk through the beautiful city landscapes in one of the many miradouros of the city and going to a local market at LX Factory for some local brands and artists.

The sunset is mandatory for me so you can always catch me with a passion fruit mojito at an amazing Rooftop like Java, Park Bar or the Secret Garden recharging my energies by the sun. The perfect way to end the day would probably be grabbing a slice of pizza at Mirari with my friends, surrounded by art and dancing the night away through their selection of DJ’s and curated artists. Lisbon is blooming, full of life and positive vibrations and I fall in love with it everyday.
